When a property is inspected by us, recommendations ranging from drainage to foundation or retaining wall repair may be made. We typically provide you with plans from which a contractor can implement the repairs. However, conditions may arise during the repairs that will require modification of our recommendations. Future performance of the repaired item relies heavily on the proper installation or implementation of our recommendations. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to retain us to monitor the contractors activities during the repairs to ensure full compliance with our recommendations.

Depending on the type of repair, several trips to the property may be required.  Upon completion of our inspections, we will issue you a certification report that includes copies of selected photographs taken during the inspections, and our approval of the repairs.  This document will also aid you when you get ready to sell the property by demonstrating to future buyers that the recommended work was indeed performed and was inspected by a state licensed engineer.
